'Mere Gurudev' is the highly anticipated follow up to Chandra's 2004 Meditation CD 'Dhyana'. Mere Gurdev is Chandra's first collection of Mantras. Divinely inspired and beautifully produced, this is a breathtaking collection of 7 Mantras, including Jai Ganesha, Mantra for Unification and Om Namah Shivaya. These Mantras were learned in the traditional way (mouth to ear) in the presence of the Guru, and were recorded as an offering to Sri Dharma Mittra, Chandra's Beloved Guru.

This is my favorite CD by Chandra, and I often play it during my yoga classes. It is a wonderful collection of traditional mantras with soulful instrumental accompaniment. Whether it's the flowing drum beat of Jai Ganesha, the haunting flute on the Unification Mantra (Hamsa, So Hum), or the beautiful violin in Shri Ram Jai Ram, every track is a calling out to and remembrance of the Divine. I highly recommend it!
