Yoga for Experienced Beginners

Repeats every week every Tuesday until Wed Dec 31 2014.
In this ongoing class, we will build strength and flexibility with the practice of standing poses, seated poses, twists and backbends. We will also explore a safe introduction to and practice of the integral inversion, Shoulder Stand. This class is recommended for students with some yoga experience.
