2009 - December: Maha Sadhana Intensives with Chandra
Come join Chandra for the advanced Maha Sadhana Shiva Namaskar advanced vinyasa series. The advanced series is a unique, beautiful and vigorous sequence, incorporating many of the little known postures and their advanced variations. For Intermediate thru Advanced Yogis, though all are welcome, and may work at your own pace. Chandra will help you according to your abilities and needs.

2010 - January: 250 hour Teacher Training
Our training programs, directed by Chandra Om, offer a comprehensive and transformative study of Classical Yoga, as it has been taught for centuries. Our 250 hour certification course is open to all serious Yoga students and teachers who wish to teach Yoga or simply deepen their own practice. Your practice will reach new heights and your life changed forever! All of our courses are profound and intense opportunities for physical, mental and spiritual development, following the guidance and precepts of the science of Yoga.
