Mysticism & The Nervous System Vinyasa Class

Recorded at the Charlottesville Waldorf School in February 2011, just after Eoin's wife, Insiya, gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Ananda Lion Finn. This 2 hour vinyasa class followed a lecture on Yoga, Mysticism and the Nervous System. Because of the winter weather, Eoin, warms you up quickly with a strong standing and hip opening sequence.
