Led Primary Series

Recorded Live at the Ashtanga Yoga Barn on Hanuman's Birthday, the Full Moon in April, every year. This day is also Palm Sunday. Tim discusses the significance of Hanuman, the Full Moon and Saturn. Tim leads the challenging Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series, including 7 Urdhva Dhanurasana, Full Bow Poses, chanting the many names of Hanuman. And then leads the group in chanting Hanuman Chalisa which weaves the tale of Hindu deity of Love, Service and Devotion. Tim closes the class with a poem by Wendell Berry during Savasana.
