Aham Yoga

All our yoga classes focus on alignment, breath and awareness. A typical class will include asana/postures, pranayama/breath work and Yoga Nidra/complete relaxation. Our classes are open to all levels of practitioners from beginners to advanced. However, if you are looking for personalized or therapy/restorative sessions they can be provided on request. Our basis comes from classical Yoga. We teach two main styles – Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa.
