A Place to Breathe Meditation and Yoga Studio
A Place to Breathe is a meditation and yoga studio focusing on meditation and yoga classes of various styles and offering workshops promoting wellbeing. Yoga training in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation also available.
In their own lives, the staff of Breathe Studio found meditation provided a foundation for stress relief in times of extreme stress, both physical and mental, and they found healing on many levels. The benefits were so powerful that meditation became part of their daily lives and continues to expand their relationships with themselves and with others. The founders' personal experience with meditation convinced them everyone can find stress relief through meditation and this is a practice everyone can do. Asana practice (yoga) can also be meditation in motion. Our studio emphasizes the meditative and spiritual aspects of a yoga practice. We have many classes appropriate for beginners.
