Yoga for Arthritis Chair Yoga Class

Many YFA Teachers offer Chair Classes that make classes accessible for those who are unable to get up from the floor or don't feel comfortable doing so. Additionally, arthritis is the leading cause of disability and as it progresses, some students are no longer able to get up and down from a chair with ease. Chair classes take many forms. This class takes place entirely seated and can be modified for any type of chair as needed.
