SATURDAY
10:30am-1:00pm: Waking Up To Inner Knowing
Learning to let go of the mental chatter and tune in to our intelligent bodies is an ongoing practice. We will begin to connect to the sensations in our bodies through pranayama and rhythmic asana.
2:30-5:00pm: The Subtle Body
Working with our breath and body movements on a deeper level will allow us to listen more closely to our own needs. We will explore slower and more subtle experiences in our bodies. This will develop trust in the process.
SUNDAY
10:30am-1:00pm: Self Discovery Through Freeform
Learn more about what your body needs and your heart desires as we begin with an invigorating asana practice that will inspire your own naturally evolving freeform practice.
2:30-5:00pm: Permission
Give yourself permission to slow down. You will find yourself lingering in the moments of stillness as we practice heart-centered meditation, partner & restorative “feel good” poses, and deeply restful Yoga Nidra.
