The underlying currents of hormonal activity that women experience throughout their lives affects the way they feel and the way they interact with friends, family and society. In this class Bobby Clennell presents a program of asana designed specifically for teachers. She begins with an overview of women’s lives and talks about how yoga can be adjusted for the various phases, from childhood, through puberty, pregnancy, menopause, and beyond. She teaches us how to develop a cyclically responsive yoga practice that promotes vibrant good health and boosts fertility. We also learn how to work with menopausal and post- menopausal students.
